A fight between two groups of teenage girls led to a 16-year-old being sent to the hospital with her hair set on fire -- and now six other girls are going to be charged.Police in West Philadelphia say they broke up the fight between rivalcliques at about 6:45pm Wednesday.
At 47th and Chestnut streets.They say the victim told them a group of girls assaulted her and tried to set her hair on fire. She was pushed to theground and punched by several attackers.One, wearing a gray sweatshirt, was seen “using what appeared to be a torch attempting to lightthe victim’s hair on fire.”
