Money money money!  Everyone wants money.  There’s nothing better than to be able to get a loan with the lowest interest rate.
It’s basically like getting free money!  Interest on a loan determines how much your monthly payment will be, and it also determines how much it costs you to borrow money for a big purchase like a home (mortgage), a car, a boat, or any other large purchase.
Loan interest rates are determined by the countries central bank funds rate.  This is the rate that the banks are able to borrow the money from the country itself.  The lower the central bank funds rate, the lower the interest rate is on your mortgage or student loan.

Check out the best places to move to borrow money below:

1 ) Switzerland

As you can see below.  Switzerland is number one on the list for a reason.   They actually have a negative interest rate.  What that means, is that the government will actually pay banks to lend them money.  This trickles down to consumers.  So if you’re looking to move and would like to borrow money at the lowest and cheapest rate.  Switzerland is the place to go!

2 ) Denmark

Denmark, like Switzerland has negative interest rates, meaning borrowing money there is practically free!

The Joint Examination and Matriculation Board has blacklisted some CBT centers and such center wil not be allowed to Conduct CBT exam on behalf of the body ‘jamb’ next year also Some candidates were asked to re-write the exam which is schelduled to hold next month.

The most sadden part of the news is that several Candidate’s Results were canceled due to examination malpractice.

At least 62,140 candidates will have to re-write university admission examinations as the Joint Examination and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has delisted computer-based centres (CBT) from board examination as a result of technical deficiencies, extortion, organised examination malpractice and other infractions.

The board also suspended 24 centres for one year due to technical issues. It said the affected centres may be considered for 2019 exams.

The rescheduled exams will hold July 1.

The registrar of JAMB, Ishaq Oloyede, said these at a press briefing after the board’s management meeting in Abuja on Wednesday.

The 62,140 cancelled results include of 57,646 candidates in centres-induced malpractice, 3,811 late registration, and 683 candidates who had biometric challenges.

The board also cancelled the results of another 2,052 individual candidates found culpable of examination malpractice.

Mr. Oloyede said the management meeting had approved the “delisting of forty-eight (48) centres from participating in the board’s examination in future as a result of serious technical deficiencies, extortion, organised examination malpractice and other damaging infractions”.

He explained that the rescheduled examination was for candidates of centres with mass malpractice but who were deemed innocent.

“The rescheduling of examination is for: biometric non verification machine related issues, technical and log out issues, late registration, malfunctioning of servers at the centre and incomplete results,” he said.

According to the board, 1,722,236 candidates registered for the 2017 unified Tertiary Matriculation Board, which is the highest figure ever in the history of the exams.
House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and a congressional aide were shot by a rifle-wielding gunman who sprayed a hail of bullets at a GOP baseball practice in Virginia Wednesday morning, before U.S. Capitol Police took the gunman down.

Scalise was "badly injured," according to a tweet from President Trump, but expected to recover. A spokesperson from Scalise said he was "stable" and undergoing surgery after being shot in the hip. Five people were "transported medically" from the scene, Alexandria Police Chief Michael Brown said. It appeared that included Scalise, a congressional aide, the gunman and two law enforcement officers -- one of whom was hit by fragments.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., told Fox News: "We were like sitting ducks."

"Without the Capitol Hill police it would have been a massacre," Paul said, describing the scene as "sort of a killing field."

The gunman was shot by Capitol Police and Alexandria Police, apprehended and taken to the hospital, officials said. Sen. Mike Lee told Fox News, however, the gunman was killed. The incident occurred at Simpson Field in Alexandria, about 10 miles from Washington D.C.
Do you find yourself feeling jealous in your relationship because of something your partner does? Find out how to confront it, and put a stop to it!

Jealousy within a relationship can cause a slew of different problems, from paranoia to insecurity to unfounded accusations.

But sometimes, we can’t help but be jealous, especially if there’s someone who’s getting a little more attention from your partner than you think they deserve.

The green-eyed monster can be a pain to deal with, especially if you can’t find ways or reasons to confront your partner about it, but all said and done, jealousy within a relationship is never healthy, to you, your partner or your relationship.

If you feel like your jealousy may be putting a lot of pressure on your relationship, here are six things you can do to ease the pressure, alleviate your insecurity and most importantly, stop being so jealous in your relationship.

14 easy ways to stop jealousy from ruining your relationship

Experience… And then explain:

There may be times when you fly off into a jealous rage simply because you saw your significant other texting someone or talking to someone who may potentially be a threat to you.

But before you go off into a barrage of accusations, stop yourself for a moment. Ask yourself a few questions about what you’re feeling. Try to find out why you’re jealous to begin with. Why is my partner talking to this person? Is it unreasonable for them to be talking at this hour? Has this incident happened before, and what was my partner’s explanation for it? Am I jealous because I feel like my partner would cheat on me? Am I jealous because this is exactly how I felt when I was cheated on in the past? Does this jealousy stem from something I’ve experienced in the past or something that my partner has done or said?

Once you’ve pinpointed the main reason for your jealousy, you will then have a clearer picture of what you believe is happening. This will help you gain a new perspective on the situation, and it can also prevent you from jumping to conclusions.

Don’t let your imagination consume you.:

When there’s a situation that you’re not completely clear about, it’s easy to let your imagination fill in all the bits that you don’t know yet.

A boyfriend who’s always working overtime might be a philandering jerk who’s sleeping with his coworker. A girlfriend who doesn’t pick up her phone may be a liar who’s still seeing her ex. But when this image of your partner really sticks to your mind, you may start picking out behaviors that prove that your theory is right. And that’s when paranoia and jealousy get out of control!

Before you start imagining and recreating fictitious scenarios where your partner is cheating on you, there are two things you can do.

First, you can find a different way of looking at things. Your boyfriend might really be clocking in some added hours because he’s just been promoted. Your girlfriend may not have picked up her phone because she was driving.

If this doesn’t calm your raging imagination, the second thing you can do is try to find another activity that will distract you until your partner can give you a reasonable explanation. Don’t let your emotions rule your imagination!

Do one thing better than them:

This suggestion comes from a friend: “I believe that if you don’t succeed at first, you keep trying, and that failure teaches us about success. I believe that laughter is the best medicine. I believe that the best revenge against your enemies is to dress better than them.”

I absolutely loved the idea of “dressing better than your enemy” because it reminds us that we can always find one thing that we can do better than our “frienemy”. If matching designer outfits gives you a boost of confidence, knock yourself out! If competing in a triathlon just to prove that you are in better shape than your mean cousin with a great figure, sign up!

Stop comparing:

Comparison is the seed and jealousy is the fruit!”. Comparison leads to jealousy, and both are mind-created states. “Our mind is so caught up in comparison that it misses the actual quality of what it sees. We need to drop the comparing attitude to be able to see things as they are.” (Nithyananda). Start by appreciating the differences. See the benefits of you uniqueness. It is helpful to be reminded that there is no end to comparison, because there is no end to our expectations. Remember the last time you fulfilled a desired goal? Or received something you wanted? What happened to it 4 weeks later? Did you still appreciate it as much?”Mind is that Illusion which shows a tiny mustard seed to be a huge mountain until it is attained, and a mountain to be as insignificant as a mustard seed once it has been attained!”

Be Realistic:

 Ask yourself,
Is the person really a threat to you? To your relationship? To your business?
Is what you are feeling or doing creating any benefits for anyone involved? If it doesn’t feel very good and it’s not helping you, then does it make sense to continue feeling this way?
Is there a lesson I can learn here? What is the inspiration I can gain from this situation?

Write it out:

I’ve always found it helpful to think on paper. By writing down your thoughts, it gives you an opportunity to express yourself, but also lays your options out clearly on paper. It’s like seeing the city from an airplane, you have a clearer vision of the big-picture. Ask yourself “Why do I feel this way?” Write out all your reasons out on paper. Write without editing, jot down anything that comes to mind. You can organize the information later. Once you have all your reasons, write beside each one what you can do about it. Dig deep within yourself, find insight from your uncertainty.

Never, ever play mind games:

Jealousy may often bring out the worst side of people in a relationship. One of the worst things you can do is play mind games to make your lover come running back to you at a moment’s notice.

This may seem like a quick fix, but it will put a strain on your relationship. How? It can break your lover’s trust in you, and due to the quick results, you may repeat this trick to get their attention again and again whenever you feel like your partner’s paying too much attention to another person.

Another thing overly jealous partners may do is checking their partner’s personal accounts. If you find yourself hacking into your partner’s Facebook account, email and even their mobile phone, it’s definitely proof that you neither trust your partner, nor do you respect their privacy. If you have very strong suspicions that your jealousy isn’t unfounded, confront your partner directly like an adult and talk about it. Otherwise, allow your partner the right to keep some things private.

“Is this what we want for ourselves?”:

By feeling this way, we are giving this emotion our attention, in the process we are attracting to us like situations and perceptions for us to continue feeling this negative emotion. “What we sew is what we reap”. If you were in their shoes, would you want the same? How do you think the other person feel? Put yourself in their position. When I find someone more successful in my field, I celebrate their success as if it was my own, and I use their case as an example to model after.

Challenge your thoughts and beliefs:

If your jealousy is being maintained by your erroneous convictions, then it is time to change those convictions. By conducting thought experiments, you can show just how wrong those convictions actually are. Maybe you think that you need to be on the alert for signs of his or her unfaithfulness, or else something bad will happen. Try not being on the alert and then see what happens; chances are your ominous predictions will not come true.

Learn to gradually trust your partner:

Along with the other tips above, one of the hardest but most important things you can do is try to stop overanalyzing every single thing your partner does and just learn to trust them one step at a time.

Lengthen the leash and allow your partner to enjoy their own life even when you’re not around to watch over them. Keep in mind that this person loves you and cherishes your relationship. And if they haven’t done anything to make you doubt their devotion to you, then why should you doubt how much your partner loves you?

Identify the situations most likely to trigger your jealous feelings:

Is it when you’re out at social occasions, or when one of you is away due to job or other outside responsibilities? Do you become most likely to have jealous thoughts when you’re having a bad day? Make a list of the situations that trigger your suspiciousness, hypervigilance, or self-doubts.

Find Your Strength:

Focus on your strengths and unique qualities. Feel gratitude for the gifts you have and abilities that you are blessed with. Once you identify what they are, then shift your focus.

Shift Your Focus:

When we are feeling negative, it is sometimes difficult to think rationally. We are so focused on the negative feeling that we lose the big picture. Change your current emotional state by shifting your attention to something completely different. Like go for a jog, or start doing the dishes. Once you’ve cool down, come back to the situation with a clear and open mind.

Create Boundaries:

Setting boundaries with your partner is not a negative thing. A lot of healthy relationships create these guidelines to know where each person's emotions lie and what's important to each other and how you want to be treated in given situations.” Afterwards, try to be clear about you and your partner's needs and be direct moving forward.
